Turn On or Turn Off the Visible Grid

Select the objects. Then click the Format tab under Drawing or Text Box Tools. Click the Align button Then click Grid Settings. Then enter a value for the vertical and horizontal gridlines. Select or clear the Display grid on screen check box. Select or clear the Vertical every check box Click OK.
