Set a Gradient Fill with Presets

Select a shape. Click the Format tab under Drawing or Text Box Tools. Click the Shape Fill button Point to Gradient Then click More Gradients. Then click the Preset option. Then click the Preset colors list arrow Then select a gradient preset. Click OK.
