Prevent any changes to a document except content controls

Click Office button Click Word option Click the 'Developer tab' Open the document with content controls. Then click the Developer tab. Then select the text you don't want to get changed Then click the Group button. Then click Group. To remove the protection, click the Group button, and then click Ungroup.
