Create a self-signing certificate for a macro project

Click the Start button then point to All Programs. Then click Microsoft Office and click Microsoft Office Tools. Then click Digital Certificate  for VBA Projects Then enter a name and then click OK. Office programs trust a self-signed certificate only on the computer that created it.
