Embed TrueType Fonts in a Presentation

Click the Office button, and then click PowerPoint Options. In the left pane, click Save.         Click Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation,         and then select the presentation. Select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click the option:Embed only the characters used in the presentation.         Embed all characters. Click OK.
