Preview a Worksheet

Click the Office button. Point to Print. Click Print Preview. Click the Zoom button and then click it to enlarge a specific area of the page. To adjust margins visually, select the Show Margins, and then drag the margin lines. Click the Close Print Preview button to return to the worksheet. Or click the Print button to print from Print Preview
