How can i retrieve a list of assigned properties

Question: How can I easily retrieve a list of assigned properties and events for a given component in text form? Answer: Select a component on the form and select copy from the Edit menu. The text representation of the component and its non-default properties can now be pasted into the code window in Delphi, or any text editor.
