Richard created this directory 10.09.99 (and others in \CodeLib) TO BE INTEGRATED WITH EXISTING ARRANGEMENTS for provision/maintenance of 'house software resources'. Use of the index deferred for now... but LATER: {see Index.txt (possibly Index.doc) for the index of GENERICALLY USEFUL ROUTINES contained in this directory. To add code i) put it here as a succinct and commented text file ii) add an entry to the index (add a number of indexes for the same entry if this helps people find what they're looking for).
