Missing datapump exe error when deploying bde with isexpress

Question: What is this "Missing DATAPUMP.EXE" error when trying to deploy BDE with Installshield Express? Answer: Download and replace the files included in the installshield express update available from the Borland website at http://www.borland.com/devsupport/delphi/downloads/ The cause of this error is that ISExpress is trying to deploy the DATAPUMP when it should not.
