Hello Delphi 7 Personal A free full license is available for readers of the german computer magazine C´t Issue 8/2004 Publisher: Heise Publishing, Germany. http://www.heise.de/ct/ On the accompanying CD shipped with the paper magazine, there is the full version of "Delphi 7 Personal". There is NO free download of that file by any website, nor of that of Heise Publishing The license key must be ordered as usual for free on the Borland website. http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_delphi.html Today, I got issue 9/2004, so its not available anymore in the german newspaper stores
